A fundamental work on medieval wrestling with beautiful depictions made by Lucas Cranach and his son. Fabian served at the court of Duke of Saxony, where along with other martial arts master tought his art. The book is one of the first prints. It shows a systematic presentation of unarmed wrestling moves including traditional and common discipline called: "wrestling in a small hole" (Ringen in Grublein). Translation did Petr Turya who is also a wrestler together with Phil Aubrey a native English speaker and also martial arts specialist.
